Precautions during the use of water-based insulating paint

With the development of society, human beings' awareness of protecting the living environment has also been continuously improved. For the motor industry, many requirements and constraints in terms of hygiene, environmental protection, and labor protection have gradually increased. Everyone's awareness of green production is further strengthened. In particular, motor purchasers in Western countries such as the United States, Japan, and the European Union have clearly put forward requirements for suppliers to use environmentally friendly insulating varnishes. Therefore, it is imperative to develop and apply environmentally friendly water-based insulating varnish. Undried water-soluble insulating varnish may cause leakage or even burn-in, so it must be completely dried to achieve the purpose of insulation.

Precautions during the use of water-based insulating paint:

The viscosity of the paint must meet the requirements. Motors of different sizes and models have different requirements for the viscosity of the paint. It is necessary to confirm the specific process parameters through verification.

The air outlet of the baking kiln should be unobstructed to ensure that the water vapor can be discharged in time, so that the paint film can be fully dried and cured.

Drying temperature should be above 120℃. The larger the size of the motor, the more complex the structure, and the longer the drying time.
